It is operated as a pre-paid mobile enabled payments exchange for real-time settlement and reconciliation of cashless payments to facilitate financial inclusion and global mobile commerce.

It is for both private and business use and it can enable Banks, Micro-Finance Institutions, Credit Unions, Savings and Credit Institutions and other Community Organisations and businesses like Schools, Colleges, Universities, Post Offices, and Local Government Departments to receive and make payments thereby enhancing financial inclusion for both banked clients and for millions of the unbanked citizens around the world.
